Run with Power Coaching 

We are really excited with this new service at Aloha Coaching.  Have you already started using a power meter on your bike? Using wearable technology Aloha coached athletes will gain a real-time calculation of running power from  3D-acceleration data produced by the Stryd power meter. This comprehensive service removes the guesswork from run pacing during training and racing as it gives you new insights that can help you make incremental gains over time. Consultations

These 1:1 consultations and assessments are aimed at getting all your race, training, or nutrition questions answered.

Consultation sessions with our Head Coach are a great way to get advice and feedback on an ad hoc basis.

 

Race Consultation 

A 1 hour 1:1 Audio/Skype call with our Head Coach to discuss all your specific race, training, and nutrition questions for triathlon or other races. You’ll gain useful insights to put into action.

A half hour 1:1 sessions for either beginner and intermediate swimmers, who are new to triathlon or open water swimming. You’ll achieve efficiency gains through better technique almost immediately! Available in Hertfordshire.

Aloha Tri Race Team training

After School Clubs

We partner with your school to build a programme that encourages kids to get active!  Aloha Tri has experience in running children’s events, holiday camps and after school clubs which are based around triathlon activities. 

Event Management

We’ve had plenty of experience organising and managing small to medium sized events end-to-end: from open water swims, GoTris and duathlons to full on triathlons. 

Corporate Multisport Team Events
