It doesn’t matter how many events you’ve done in the past, the nerves of race morning, pinning on your number, the elevated heart rate and butterflies in your stomach are all parts of the day that can’t be simulated, but you can prepare! Open Water Swim Coaching |
Our Wednesday open water skills sessions are fully coached, aimed at beginners to the sport of open water swimming and intermediate swimmers looking to improve their skills in the open water for triathlon and distance swimming. These are small group sessions (min. 3 participants required). If you require 1:1 coaching, please contact Coach Rav directly. Stanborough Aquathlon Series |
Add the Stanborough Aquathlon events to your race calendar. They are the perfect warm-up events and in fact, the Herts Spring Triathlon and Centurion Triathlon are held at the same venue!
